Great surgery with generally pleasant staff, from the office to doctors and nurses. Could do with a spruce up here and there, and check posters are in date and relevant. More info to patients about how the surgery and it's practices has changed since covid... for instance what changes did you make that have improved things for all... what isn't working so well? On the whole, I'm very pleased with Branch End. Thank you
